Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles
    Boil the noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes (until 70% cooked). Drain and rinse with cold water, then place them in a bowl and set aside. 

  2. Prepare the Broth
    Add the seasoning packet to 450ml of water (adjust to taste) and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 1.5 minutes

  3. Finish Cooking
    Add the pre-cooked noodles to the broth and boil until fully heated.

  4. Serve & Enjoy!
    Pour into a bowl and savor your delicious Xiangyang Kelp Noodles!

    Tips:

    • For extra flavor, top with green onions, cilantro, or chili oil.

    • Adjust broth strength by adding more or less water.
